The specificity of the trips I offer

I am keen to share with you a country and breathtaking landscapes, in which the inhabitants live and vibrate from the heart, a country that I know well having traveled through it since childhood with my parents, my father especially who was a mountain enthusiast, fluent in Berber and collected poetry from his mountains, taking us there regularly. Backpacking, nights with the locals and days surveying the reliefs of the Atlas gave me the love of these landscapes populated by simple and unique human encounters. 

Being both inside and outside this culture being foreign to this country but living it nevertheless so much from the inside, I learned Arabic at school and practice it quite fluently, which allows me to communicate easily with our teams on site.

My groups are human-sized, revolving around a dozen people, which promotes the exchange, sharing and integration of experiences through talking circles and internalization practices or silence and the space of everyone is respected. Kundalini yoga also offers practices that allow us to harmonize as a collective, and the themes offered in the workshops allow us to connect around a common theme that cements the group around the same perspective of progress._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
