who am I ?

English teacher and yoga teacher, I have always lived in Morocco. Being born in Casablanca to an English-speaking father and a French mother, I am fluent in French and English as well as Arabic.

English teacher and yoga teacher, I have always lived in Morocco. Being born in Casablanca to an English-speaking father and a French mother, I am fluent in French and English as well as Arabic. After finishing my studies in France and Great Britain, I miss Morocco, my country of origin and my heart so much, I quickly came back to settle there permanently. First a few years in a small town in the Middle Atlas, then in Rabat where I am established in my practice and my projects.

I completed in 2015 a training in kundalini yoga that literally transformed my life and have been teaching it ever since, for weekly classes in groups or privately, at home or in gyms, as well as parks, beaches and other places conducive to the practice. This practice allows me to share with passion a teaching that is both dynamic and revitalizing, deeply transforming and allowing you to find your true vital impetus.

But above all, over time, I started to discover the Morocco of my childhood again, where my father took me hiking in the Atlas Mountains, and I myself wanted to organize hiking trips and yoga nationwide. Having also discovered southern Morocco and its desert near Zagora, I first offered retreats in this region, then gradually in the rest of the country, always favoring relatively wild and inspiring places.
